Refund & Return Policy

At Correct, we stand behind the quality of our products and the precision of our designs. If your order isn’t exactly as you expected, we are here to help you get it right.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains).

  • Original tags attached (including the “Verified” authenticity cards).

  • In the original packaging.

2. Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Love the design but need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all standard-fit t-shirts and hoodies (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, we will credit your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or laundered clothing.

  • Custom-printed or personalized “Correct” gear.

4. Damaged or “Incorrect” Items

If we sent you the wrong size, color, or a garment with a printing defect, we will fix it immediately:

  1. Email us at support@correctapparels.com with a photo of the issue.

  2. We will send a replacement at zero cost to you.

  3. A pre-paid return label will be provided for the faulty item.

5. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@correctapparels.com with a photo of the issue and other relevant evidence. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

Note on Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
